The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for 3 months, starting early to mid-June. You will play a key role in ensuring our Growth Squad continues to focus on the most impactful ways of acquiring and activating users for Wefarm’s digital platform, whilst our squad Product Manager is away on leave. You’ll help the squad stay aligned with the company’s strategic direction, with support from the CPO and other squads’ PMs. You’ll facilitate ideation sessions/workshops and ensure timely and considered decision-making from the squad on priorities/areas of focus.

Outcome 1: Facilitate the product discovery process for how we can acquire, onboard and activate users in Wefarm’s online community and shop

  • Align with the marketing team on how we can use our product to drive quality acquisition

  • Iterate our onboarding experience so that users are quickly able to see value in their initial Wefarm experience

  • Focus on driving users towards actions in their first session that correlate with Wk 1 retention

  • Ensure the squad finds a balance between “enough” data and insights and the need to iterate and learn quickly

  • Empower the squad to make decisions, reducing blockers and information gaps

Outcome 2: Ensure the squad is aligned with the company and other squads’ goals

  • Ensure the squad is clear how their work interacts with other squads/teams and which key metrics they own/have influence over

  • Clearly communicate decisions and rationale for priorities to the rest of the company
